Family Mastermind Groups

We offer a unique approach to intentional, strategic parenting and to community. Designed after the business Mastermind model, these family mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability, and support. Parents learn how they can effectively form the whole person - physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually and not be alone on that road.

Groups of 5-6 couples in similar family stages meet periodically over at least three, 3-month periods with a facilitator/mentor who accompanies them through curated resources and supports them in applying their learning in their homes.

How it works:

 foundation program
FAMILY, MISSION AND CONSTITUTION
This is our introductory program for all new families. Here we set the solid foundations for your family before delving into the specifics of parenting your kids - no matter their age or developmental stage. In this group, we define each family's mission, vision, and constitution.

After joining a mastermind group, you'll utilize the Franklin Covey pyramid of priorities, completing three different 3-month programs.

 Focus Program
CHILD DEVELOPMENT AND AGE CHARACTERISTICs
This group develops a specific intentional parenting project for your children. We will study child development; analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats your child faces at this time; and define long-term and short-term goals to create action plans that allows you to achieve them.
